康宁公司的显示科技事业部生产主要应用于LCD电视、笔记本电脑和平板显示器的有源矩阵液晶显示器（“LCD”）玻璃基板。
- Day to Day
Responsibilities
- Manage LCD glass substrate finishing processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot material, process, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed” Lead improvement projects to enhance yield, uptime, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and monitor process capability (e.g., CPK).
- Provide weekend and shift coverage as required.
- Trains operators on new equipment and processes Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes.
- Assure quality and repeatability of processes and products Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training Experiences/Education - Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field; proficiency in mechanical design and precision machinery is preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Required Skills Mechanical engineering fundamentals and precision machinery operating principles Problem solving skill on process troubleshooting Understand process control concept, and capable on process data analysis Report & presentation skill English communication Skill Desired Skills Project management skill Understanding of equipment mechanical and control Experience in implementing DMAIC methodology and leading 6-sigma project Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
