1. Supplier Qualification and Readiness
- Develop and qualify materials and suppliers to meet business and operational requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify materials and suppliers to meet business and operational requirements.
- Coordinate qualification and verification activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support supplier validation activities and timely delivery of required samples.
- Ensure effective transition from qualification to operational use” or “to production support.
2. Supplier Quality Management
- Manage supplier quality performance through quality systems and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams support production and incoming quality control.
- Improve incoming material quality and resolve supplier-related quality issues.
- Establish quality agreements with suppliers and strengthen supplier quality management.
3. Supplier Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
- Coordinate supplier change management activities.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
Education & Experience
- B.S or above degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical, IE or related major
- At least 3 years supplier quality management experience or quality management experience Required Skills
- Management Skill and Leadership
- Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools, GB certified.
- Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading.
- Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation Desired Skills & Soft Skills
