- Your Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain core content for requests from the Americas region, including legal content, quality templates, branding materials, and related assets.
- Support regional quality assurance activities to promote consistent processes and compliance with established standards and indicators.
- Coordinate, monitor, and document the annual requalification process across the region.
- Create training courses and communication throughout the assignment period.
- Conduct and support audits to assess process monitoring, usage, implementation, and effectiveness.
- Support the IT merge projects for our regional LMSs (Learning Management Systems).
- Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.
- Your Qualifications Excellent communication skills and ability to think out of the box.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Graphic design or visual content studies are preferable.
- Softwares like Articulate and Camtasia preferable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Data analysis knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office.
- Specially excel and Power Point.
- Advanced English.
