- Your new responsibilities Ensures that all equipment on Test Floor is operating properly and maintains high Test and Vision yield performance Perform equipment setup, qualification, and buyoff activities prior to release for production and engineering use Prepare and submit shift reports detailing daily activities, equipment downtime incidents, corrective actions, and status updates Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance metrics such as Efficiency, MUBA, and overall equipment effectiveness Generate one-pager reports for major equipment downtime events; including root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) where applicable Provide maintenance and technical support to Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI (New Product Introduction), and other departments requiring assistance with Test, Tape-and-Reel, and Vision systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment-related issues to minimize production interruption Who we are looking for Graduate of Electronics, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical.
