- Job Overview Manages molding department supervisors and molding teams, and provides daily direction, coaching, and leadership to supervisors to ensure department alignment with operational strategies.
- Job Requirements Ensuring the molding team meets plant and departmental goals and that production conforms to all regulations, instructions, and standards.
- Overseeing the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products and leading the department's advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in molding designs, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
- Ensuring that the key performance indicators are met and providing inputs support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team.
- What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
