- KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Perform technical jobs within the locality Perform administration duties within the technical function Identify and mitigate technical risks within the locality Coordinate work performed by on-site contractors within the locality Maintain client and stakeholder relations within the technical function REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION NQF level 4 Electrical qualification with compulsory subjects: Mathematics, Science or Industrial Electronics, Electro-technology or equivalent and Trade test certification: Electrical (3-phase) DESIRED EDUCATION n/a ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATION Code B driver's licence with own reliable transport DESIRED CERTIFICATION Wireman's license: Installation Electrician 3-phase or equivalent Namibian registration (when applicable) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE None DESIRED EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of electrical experience Maintenance and repair of electrical systems Test equipment and devices Heating and air conditioning systems Fault finding and troubleshooting Electrical regulations and guides Alarm Panels, IT Networks & Communication Systems Computer literate (Microsoft Office) All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
