About this role
- Job Responsibilities Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment for non-executive and executive-level positions.
- Plan and execute large-scale and islandwide recruitment campaigns, utilise multiple sourcing channels, build talent pipelines, and strengthen employer branding to fulfil operational and hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and manage casual, temporary, and part-time workforce supply to ensure timely deployment and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, vacancy fulfilment, campaign performance, and workforce supply, preparing manpower reports to support decision-making.
- Manage recruitment budgets, advertising expenditure, timely budget settlements, and third-party payment coordination.
- Maintain recruitment records, ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements, and adhere to IMS procedures, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Person Specifications Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 years in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a distribution or supply chain environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a relevant professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism .
