We’re looking for someone who:
Has successfully completed their ECT two-year Induction programmeHas experience of working with children with Autism and/or EHCPs is desirableHas a good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practiceHas the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupilsHas a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standardsDemonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school communityShares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
