GRADE SO1, scp 23 - 25, £34,434 to £36,363 per annum, pro rata
Actual Salary
£29,748- £31,415, based on 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking for:
Someone with a strong understanding of attendance processes and the barriers affecting pupilsA confidence communicator who can build positive relationships with students, families and external agenciesAn organised and proactive individual who can manage data, identify patterns and take timely action
You will be:
Someone who is committed to improving outcomes for young people through strong attendance and engagement Someone who can build trust quickly while maintaining clear and consistent expectations Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
