**Join Us as a Cleaning Services Instructor – Commercial Cleaning Vaasa, Kokkola / Keski-pohjanmaa ja Pohjanmaa**Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in an instructing role where you can support the team in its daily work and ensure high-quality service? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable and supportive team.You will work as a Cleaning Services Instructor under the guidance of a manager, playing a key role in ensuring that cleaning operations at customer sites run smoothly and meet quality standards. You will work responsibly, ensuring that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with our shared quality standards and procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, operational management and customers, supporting your manager. However, the role does not include formal managerial responsibilities.Customer service is central to this position. Success in the role requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. You will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the smooth running of customer relationships, making active collaboration, clear communication and a solution-oriented approach essential.**Your responsibilities will include:**- Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning operations, planning work assignments and using resources cost-effectively - Continuously developing operations together with your manager and actively contributing improvement suggestions - Guiding and training employees and ensuring safe working practices - Maintaining customer relationships and cooperating with customers - Regularly participating in hands-on cleaning duties **What we expect from you:**- Experience in cleaning and knowledge of commercial cleaning services - The ability to guide and support colleagues in everyday situations, promote an inclusive and respectful working environment, and provide clear feedback - Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach - A customer-friendly attitude and a positive mindset - The ability to work under pressure and solve problems - The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Finnish or English. Language skills are important in this instructing role to provide guidance, understand work instructions, ensure safe working practices and manage employment-related matters.
