Meillä on paikka sinulle, ravintolan vuoropäällikköHaemme Scandic Rukahoviin ravintolan vuoropäällikköä talvikauden vauhtiin! Työsuhde on määräaikainen ajalle 15.11.2026–30.4.2027, ja työaika on 112,5 h / 3 vko. Tässä tehtävässä pääset yhdistämään käytännön ravintolatyön, tiimin johtamisen ja myynnillisen tekemisen keskellä talvikauden sykettä. Työtehtäväsi ravintolan vuoropäällikkönäVuoropäällikkönä olet mukana siellä missä tapahtuu. Johdat työvuoroa omalla esimerkilläsi, osallistut aktiivisesti asiakaspalveluun ja pidät huolen siitä, että sekä vieraat että tiimi viihtyvät kiireisempinäkin hetkinä.
Työssäsi
- vastaat ravintolan sujuvasta toiminnasta oman vuorosi aikana
- ohjaat, kannustat ja tuet tiimiä päivittäisessä tekemisessä
- luot yhdessä muun tiimin kanssa lämpimiä ja onnistuneita ravintolakokemuksia
- varmistat palvelun laadun sekä yhteisten toimintatapojen toteutumisen
- rohkaiset tiimiä myynnilliseen otteeseen ja aktiiviseen tuotteiden suositteluun
- seuraat vuoron myynnillistä onnistumista ja ideoit yhdessä tiimin kanssa tapoja tehdä vielä parempaa tulosta
- tartut itse tekemiseen ja autat siellä, missä sinua kulloinkin tarvitaanTarjoamme sinulleTarjoamme monipuolisen ja vauhdikkaan työympäristön Rukan vauhdikkaassa talvisesongissa, jossa pääset kehittämään osaamistasi niin ravintola-alan ammattilaisena kuin vuoroesihenkilönäkin.

We have a position for you, Restaurant Shift LeaderWe are looking for a Restaurant Shift Leader to join Scandic Rukahovi for the busy winter season! The position is fixed-term from 15 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, with working hours of 112.5 hours per 3 weeks.
In this role, you will combine hands-on restaurant work, team leadership and a sales-focused approach in the heart of Rukas lively winter season. Your responsibilities as a Restaurant Shift LeaderAs a Shift Leader, you are right where the action is. You lead the shift by example, actively take part in customer service and make sure that both our guests and the team enjoy their experience, even during the busiest moments.In this role, you will:
- ensure the smooth running of the restaurant during your shift
- guide, encourage and support the team in their daily work
- work together with the team to create warm and memorable restaurant experiences
- ensure high-quality service and that agreed ways of working are followed
- encourage the team to take a sales-focused approach and actively recommend products to our guests
- follow the sales performance of your shift and come up with ideas together with the team to achieve even better results

- previous experience in the restaurant industry
- the ability and willingness to take responsibility for the smooth running of the shift and the team
