About this role
Haemme asiakasyrityksellemme Joutsaan MIG/MAG-hitsaajaa vakituisiin työsuhteisiin kasvavan tuotannon tarpeisiin. Työtehtäviin kuuluu erilaisten teräsrakenteiden ja -osien hitsaaminen sekä kokoonpano konepajaympäristössä. Tuotannossa valmistetaan erityisesti erilaisia konttirakenteita. Hitsattavana on sekä levyjä että putkia. Työtehtävistä tarkemmin: Hitsausmenetelmät MIG/MAG Materiaalivahvuudet pääosin 2–6 mm, ajoittain 8 mm Piena- ja päittäishitsit (FW/BW), eri asennoissa Pääosin yksi- ja kaksipalkohitsauksia Työskentely WPS-ohjeiden ja teknisten piirustusten mukaisesti Eduksi katsotaan, mutta ei vaadita TIG-hitsauksen osaaminen, PED kokemus ja eri materiaalien tntemus ja osaaminen kuten alumiini, RST/HST.
Odotamme sinulta aikaisempaa kokemusta MIG/MAG-hitsauksesta, piirustusten lukutaitoa sekä kykyä itsenäiseen ja huolelliseen työskentelyyn. Soveltuva metallialan koulutus katsotaan eduksi. Työssä pärjää suomen tai englannin kielellä. Tarjoamme vakituisen työn vakaassa ja kasvavassa suomalaisessa yrityksessä, monipuolisia hitsaustehtäviä sekä nykyaikaiset tuotantotilat ja työvälineet. Työ on pääosin 2-vuorotyötä, mutta 3-vuoro valmiutta arvostetaan. The work involves welding and assembling various steel structures and components in a machine shop environment. Production focuses particularly on different types of container structures. Both steel plates and pipes/tubes are welded. Job details: Welding methods: MIG/MAG Material thicknesses: mainly 2–6 mm, occasionally up to 8 mm Fillet welds (FW) and butt welds (BW) in various welding positions Mainly single-pass and two-pass welds Working according to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and technical drawings Considered an advantage, but not required: Experience in TIG welding, knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and experience working with different materials such as aluminium, stainless steel (SS) and acid-resistant stainless steel.
Requirements
We expect previous experience in MIG/MAG welding, the ability to read technical drawings, and the ability to work independently, accurately and responsibly. Relevant vocational training in the metal industry is considered an advantage. Good communication skills in either English or Finnish are required.
