- Jobomschrijving As a Legal Counsel your responsibilities are: Advise and assist clients on a wide range of legal matters.
- Review, draft, and coordinate contractual documentation.
- Support matters relating to estate planning, wealth structuring, insurance, and family law.
- Coordinate real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and notarial processes.
- Liaise with external advisors including notaries, tax experts, accountants, and legal counsel.
- Provide practical support regarding social security, invoicing, and administrative matters.
- Organize and structure client files while ensuring excellent follow-up.
- Monitor deadlines, legal documentation, and ongoing projects.
- Deliver pragmatic and solutions-oriented legal guidance.
- Communicate legal concepts in a simple and accessible manner.
- A successful
Legal Counsel should have
- Belgian Master's degree in Law Legal professional as from 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and legal reasoning.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluent in Dutch & English Proactive and hands-on personality.
- Mature enough to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Genuine willingness to learn and develop.
- Comfortable working in an environment where responsibility comes early.
