- Jobomschrijving Manage customer orders from entry to delivery.
- Communicate with customers, warehouses, and sales teams.
- Handle returns, claims, and transport-related issues.
- Resolve customer inquiries and identify effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ERP administration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Axapta.
- Fluent in English; Spanish, Italian of German are a strong plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
