About this role
Mater Dei High School, a Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory high school of the Diocese of Orange has an opening for a dynamic and dedicated educator to serve in the Math Department. This is a Long-Term Substitute position beginning January 4, 2027 - June 4, 2027
Qualified candidates will be able to:
- Support a student-centered atmosphere
- Plan and execute lessons that are data driven, incorporate research-based methodologies, and are designed to engage and support all learners
- Design learning experiences for students that place value on innovation, inquiry, and creativity
- Offer collaborative and individual learning opportunities that support student growth
- Incorporate educational technology into the classroom in an authentic manner to enhance the learning experience
- Actively collaborate with fellow teachers to design lessons, analyze data, and write common assessments
- Be supportive of the Mission and Philosophy of a Catholic school
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Teaching Credential
- High School teaching experience preferred
Daily Rate : $200.
