- Read books on book list
- Coordinate program with DCIU
- Attend monthly meetings
- Organize and assemble teams
- Order books and supplies and arrange transportation
- Facilitate communication with students, coach, and parents
- Attend competition training
- Attend and supervise competition
- Carry out duties as outlined by DCIU guidelines for Reading Olympics
