What You Need
- Experience working with students preferred
- Must demonstrate the ability to establish an effective rapport with children
- Must be able to work effectively with children and adults
- Must have strong knowledge of childhood development
- Must be able to work with a team in a positive manner
- Must role model good behavior
- Must be flexible
- Ability to collaborate with building staff and parents
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively staff and students
- Maintain routines in the cafeteria, classroom, and/or outside
- Supervision of students in different settings
- Focus on safety and structure
- Must focus on positive behaviors
- Effective communication skills
