Your responsibilities include creating engaging lessons that foster critical thinking, assessing student progress, maintaining a safe and supportive classroom environment, and maintaining open, positive communication with parents.
The ideal candidate possesses strong foundational knowledge of instructional best practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities are also essential.
