About this role
- Working in a daycare service for people with Intellectual Disabilities.
- Participant will be required to work alongside Cairdeas care staff to assist with daily care of service users.
- To include, good practice, program delivery, attending events and activities that the service users are taking part in.
- Looking after personal care of service users.
- Drive bus, collecting service users from their homes and returning them home in the evening.
- Drive bus and accompany them on outings.
- Use the appropriate restraints in the bus to hold in wheelchairs and ensure that the service users are safely strapped in.
- Undertake daily activities with service users, such as swimming, shopping, crafts, music, etc.
- Applicants must have a good command of English, good communication skills and a Full B Driving Licence..
