About this role
- Oversee the company's IT systems and ensure they operate reliably.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, software, networks and related technical equipment.
- Support the operation and maintenance of CCTV, access-control systems and other security technology, where applicable.
- Identify technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting and arrange repairs or technical support when required.
- Maintain system records, monitor performance and help improve IT procedures and data security.
- Coordinate with management, staff and external IT providers to ensure that technical systems meet the company's operational needs.
