About this role
We are seeking a Experience Software Developer to join our IT team to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of automation tools and AI powered software solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundations in programming, machine learning, and modern software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python based applications, automation scripts, and backend components.
- Assist in building machine learning models using TensorFlow, and Scikit Learn.
- Support web development, and web hosting projects.
- Contribute to secure software development, API integration, and system optimisation.
- Collaborate with marketing team to market the software products developed by the company.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Programming skills in Python and at least one of: Java, C++, SQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks.
- Experience is not essential but any exposure to scripting (Bash), Linux environments, and basic networking concepts will be advantageous.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Desirable Skills: Familiarity with automation tools, cloud platforms, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and API development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
