What are you going to do?
- EMPWR is looking for a decisive and hands-on Production Team Leader who can lead a team, ensure smooth production processes, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for one or more production lines.
- You will ensure production targets are achieved while creating an environment where employees can perform at their best.
- Your responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and motivate production employees on a daily basis;- Ensure optimal staffing levels and workforce planning;- Deliver production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards;- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment;- Supervise production, changeover, and cleaning activities;- Analyze KPIs and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities;- Initiate and lead improvement projects and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs);- Coordinate operational disruptions with Planning, Quality, and the Technical Department;- Act as the first point of contact during your shift;- Support and replace the Production Supervisor when needed.
- You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and lead a team of approximately 10 to 40 employees.
