Partner with internal teams and external managers to strengthen governance, transparency, and performance outcomes. Core responsibilities - Monitor portfolio compliance with investment guidelines, mandates, and regulatory obligations.
- Oversee investment risk, performance, and attribution reporting; escalate issues and recommend actions.
- Conduct due diligence and ongoing review of external investment managers, strategies, and service providers.
- Support investment governance forums (e.g., committees) with materials, insights, and decision tracking.
- Review and challenge investment decisions, model assumptions, and portfolio changes for consistency and prudence.
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal to resolve breaches, incidents, and data issues.
- Maintain oversight documentation, controls, and audit-ready records; contribute to policy and procedure updates.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality enhancements across oversight workflows.
