- Compare financial products and providers; explain costs, risks, and expected outcomes in plain language.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support clients through implementation, follow-ups, and periodic portfolio/plan reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., banks, insurers, accountants) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required skills and qualifications
- Financial advisory expertise in consumer and/or SME financial planning and product suitability.
- Analytical skills to interpret income, assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk scenarios.
