We are looking for someone who:
has recent experience of working with children in EYFS and/or KS1shows patience, kindness and understanding of children’s differing needsthrives on seeing children become independent learnersis confident and competent in building relationships with pupils, parents and staffhas excellent team working skills and a positive approach to all aspects of their workcan be flexible and adaptablehas the interpersonal skills to model and live out our Christian values; showing empathy, respect, trust and courage within our school
