- 1 year ago Client Company is active in the energy transition sector and produces large systems for 'special purposes' with a capacity up to 1 MW and is located in Amersfoort.
At a 2nd location in Enschede, the largest components are produced; production also takes place in Amersfoort. These systems are delivered worldwide. The plan is to install and deliver 10 new systems in the 2nd half of 2025. In addition, 20 systems are under maintenance (worldwide). The company currently has 37 employees and three international owners, all active in the same industry. It is now working hard to implement a solid growth scenario (which you will be part of).
Job In this new position, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for complete procurement and logistics and, at the start, manage one Logistics project employee. Obviously, your department will grow with the company. Your initial focus will be on setting up a complete supply chain (incl. purchasing) strategy, the (quality of the) collaboration with the suppliers, finding new suppliers where necessary and making good and sharp agreements with a strong focus on logistics, quality, costs, technology, cash flow, safety and ESG. It involves the procurement of components and cooperation with key partners supplying complete modules. All this both for NPD, production, installation as well as maintenance processes.
