- Support selected R&D Leadership Team activities and events
- Own and improve the resource-planning and time-writing database
- Ensure accurate and timely data and monthly reporting
- Maintain and improve reporting databases, dashboards and knowledge-management tools
- Support key R&D processes like CER requests, CBM controls and purchase orders

- Bachelor's/HBO degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong data-quality mindset and interest in reporting and analytics
- Confident working independently and coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines
