- Functieomschrijving For JD Logistics, we are looking for a Delivery Operations Team Lead to oversee daily activities within the delivery station and support operational excellence across the site.
- In this position, you will act as a key link between the operational team and management, ensuring that packages move through the station safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, monitoring team performance, and maintaining high operational standards while working closely with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily delivery station activities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational teams.
- Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Assign tasks and ensure resources are deployed effectively.
- Promote compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Address operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support employee onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development.
- Work closely with transportation, customer support, and warehouse teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Working Hours: Flexible availability between 06:00 and 22:30.
- Weekend availability when business needs require it.
