You will receive paid training, work alongside your own buddy and follow a fixed 3-shift schedule with every weekend free. After one year, you will become an employee of the client directly. - Over de functieIn this position, you work as part of a fixed team within a continuous production environment.
- Your focus is on making sure products are handled correctly, checked carefully and prepared for the next stage of the process.
- You monitor what is happening during your shift, register production information and make sure the right materials are available when needed.
- If you notice a quality issue or something unusual in the process, you report it immediately.
- A tidy, safe and organised workplace is also an important part of the job.Previous production experience is not necessary.
- You will start with internal training and be linked to an experienced buddy.
- This colleague will show you the work in practice and help you learn the machines, procedures and safety standards at your own pace.
