- Over de functieAs a General Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the general ledgers, maintaining the supplier and contract database, and overseeing the accounts payable administration.
- You ensure that all processes comply with company guidelines and work closely with colleagues from Tanzania, Uganda, and the United Kingdom to facilitate smooth information flow.
- You will also support the monthly accounting close, help keep the Forecast and Cash Management up to date, and assist with the implementation of a new ERP system.
- You will work in a modern office in The Hague, with flexible working hours and a committed team.
- Manage the general ledger administration - Maintain the supplier and contract database - Oversee the accounts payable procedure - Contribute to month-end closing and reporting - Update Forecast and Cash Management in collaboration with international teams - Support the implementation of the new ERP system - Ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelinesYou will work between 32 and 38 hours per week, mostly during regular office hours.
