About this role
Interex Professionals Werkvoorbereider detachering In het kort Volledige opdracht As Work Preparer you ensure integrated planning of activities within the AIT department, including personnel and facility allocation for assigned orders. You prepare projects by coordinating required materials, tools, equipment, logistics and work instructions before production and integration activities begin. You monitor planning progress, identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives. You report hierarchically to the Head of AIT and work operationally with AIT and Team Leaders. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Production, Engineering, PMO, Procurement and Logistics.
