This role is expected to become one of the key commercial leaders in Spectral’s global scaling journey. Mining represents a strategically important growth market with significant commercial potential for Spectral Industries, as the benefits of rapid, non-contact elemental analysis create immediate and measurable value for mining operations.
Even small improvements in ore sorting or process control can result in substantial cost savings.In a later phase, the company will expand into additional industries, including recycling in Europe. To support this market, Spectral Industries is also recruiting a medior-level Business Development professional focused on the recycling sector. Over the past few years, Spectral Industries has invested in the development of its advanced high-tech measurement systems, and is now ready to accelerate their international market adoption.
Recently, the company appointed a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy, laying the foundation for sustainable business growth. Building and expanding a strong, professional commercial team is one of the organization's key priorities.
