About the Crewing Team The global Crewing team is located at our HQ in Delft and is responsible for the worldwide pool of offshore colleagues. As an operational function, the Crewing team ensures global offshore projects are staffed with skilled operators who bring the right mindset and motivation. The team supports this through the entire talent journey, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development. Currently, the international team consists of six Offshore Personnel Coordinators, three Mobility Coordinators, three Team Leads Crewing, the Manager Crewing, and the Offshore Operators.
