Core responsibilities - Prepare and submit recurring legal, regulatory, and statutory reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Collect, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness .
- Monitor reporting calendars, filing deadlines, and regulatory changes; escalate risks and exceptions.
- Maintain reporting documentation, evidence, and version control to support audits and examinations .
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Operations to resolve data gaps and reporting issues.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and development of reporting templates and controls.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in regulatory reporting , legal operations, compliance reporting, or governance-related reporting.
- Strong knowledge of reporting controls, recordkeeping, and audit requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret regulations and policies.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a regulated environment.
