Functieomschrijving
For a company in Venlo, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner. In this role, you will ensure that offices, hallways, and sanitary facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You work independently and have a strong eye for hygiene and detail.
Your responsibilities include
- Cleaning offices and workspaces.
- Cleaning hallways and common areas.
- Cleaning and maintaining sanitary facilities.
- Dusting and wiping desks, tables, and other surfaces.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors. Emptying waste bins and replacing trash bags.
- Checking that all areas are left clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Functie-eisen
- You are available Monday through Friday between 06:00 - 11:00 AM or 07:00 AM
- 12:00 PM.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language and can communicate clearly.
- Physical work is not a problem for you.
- You are motivated and result-oriented.
- You work accurately and are able to follow procedures and protocols carefully.
- You are willing to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
Obtaining a VOG is part of the screening process.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A gross hourly wage starting from €15.52 per hour;
- A temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract with the client;
- A 5% year-end bonus, provided you have been continuously employed for at least six months at that time;
- 8% holiday allowance;
