About this role
Wat je gaat doen As a Production worker at Scheuten Glass in Venlo you will contribute to the creation of high-quality flat glass products in a modern and clean production environment. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations by working on various production tasks, learning new skills. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you’ll help maintain the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Scheuten Glas is situated directly the highway Duisburg - Eindhoven (B40/ A67). You work full-time, averaging 38 hours a week on a three-shift schedule. The shifts rotate between early, night, and late: 05:30–14:00, 14:00–22:30, and 22:30–05:30. On Fridays, the late shift runs until 23:00.
- The night shift starts earlier on Sunday evenings to allow for machine start-up.What You Will Do:- Operate and adjust production machines: ensure they run efficiently and meet production targets.- Cut and process glass: handle materials with precision according to specifications.- Support the production of premium-quality finished products.- Perform quality checks: verify that products meet the required standards and specifications.- Identify and take proactive steps to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.

- Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:- €19.58 gross per hour, including shift allowance.- Full-time position, averaging 38 hours per week.- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.- €0.25 travel allowance per kilometer (up to 50 km one way).- 8% holiday pay- Annual bonus of up to €2,500 gross for strong company performance.- Daily free fresh fruit and a clean, modern workspace.- Weekly or 4-weekly payment.
