About this role
Operator 2 shifts in Sittard: operate and monitor the slicing line, conduct quality checks, follow HACCP standards, solve first-line disruptions, and contribute ideas for improvements. You'll work in a close-knit team with a buddy during onboarding, in a two-shift schedule, with an option to work Saturdays for 150% pay. Salary: €3,000-€3,200 per month incl. 14% shift allowance, permanent contract, and travel allowance from 10 km one-way.
