- Who you areAs a Customer Service Representative, you are a communication star.
- Who always maintains a positive attitude—even when things get busy.
- You are proficient with ERP systems and interacting with customers comes naturally to you.
- No request is too much; you are a true problem-solver who won't let go until every detail is sorted out.
- Also, you possess the following:- A MBO degree thinking level;- A good command of the English language;- You live within a range of 50 kilometers from Venlo;- Proven experience in logistics and/or customer service.

- As the primary point of contact, you help customers via email, phone, and chat.
