- You are a proactive communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships with precision and tact.- Language Mastery: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).- Administrative Expertise: Prior experience in logistics administration, such as invoicing, order processing, or supply chain documentation, is highly preferred.- Availability: A commitment of at least 32 to 40 hours per week (4–5 days) during standard office hours.- Mobility: You possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport to reach our location at Maastricht-Airport.- Problem-Solving Skills: You are a strong communicator who enjoys the challenge of solving complex, international logistical puzzles.
