- As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the permanent, indispensable link between our customers and production, working from our office in Enschede.

- When a customer contacts us or submits a request, you'll ensure that it's handled professionally and promptly.
Your work is pleasantly varied
- Consulting & Quotations: Providing expert advice and preparing quotations for promotional products.
- Order Processing: Processing orders, issuing order confirmations, and verifying customer information.
- Logistics Monitoring: Monitoring delivery times, tracking progress, and communicating clearly with the customer about these matters.
- Customer & Relationship Management: Answering questions about products, prices, and delivery terms, and actively maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Service & Quality: Resolving any complaints, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing ideas on new sales opportunities and upselling.
What is your typical workday like?
- You'll spend most of your time working at your computer and will have a lot of contact with customers over the phone.

- You'll advise them, prepare a quote, process the order, and ensure that production starts on time.
