- Accommodation Coordinator 16 45+ hours per week Noordwijkerhout About the company As a Accommodation Coordinator , you'll live on-site in Wormer and work at various residential locations in North and South Holland. You'll serve as the point of contact for residents and combine hospitality with inspections, move-ins, and minor technical tasks. Our housing partner provides housing for employees at various locations in North and South Holland. A safe, well-maintained, and pleasant living environment is our top priority. Activities - Welcoming Residents and Helping Them Get Oriented - Assisting Residents with Moves - Homes: Moving In and Out - Inspecting Homes and Common Areas - Perform minor technical tasks - Painting walls and performing simple maintenance tasks - Ensuring a clean and safe living environment - Perform other routine management tasks
Responsibilities
- You'll be a host or hostess for the residents
- You supervise the residential facility
- You identify problems and take timely action
- You share responsibility for the area where you live, even outside your regular working hours
- You coordinate tasks with your colleagues
We are looking for someone who
- Holds a Class B driver's license
- Speaks English well
- Welcoming and helpful is
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- Flexible availability for various shifts
- Is practical and can handle small technical tasks
- Is willing to live on-site in Wormer
