What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring the proper operation of technical facilities in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services.
- Performing minor renovation work.
- Conducting repair work in hotel rooms while ensuring guest privacy at all times.
- Preventing or resolving malfunctions of technical facilities.
- Following the preventive maintenance plan.
- Adhering to water hygiene (pool) procedures.
- Complying with all procedures related to legionella.
- Applying hotel safety regulations (in case of fire, etc.).
- Actively contributing to the safety of guests and their property (e.g., ensuring the release of emergency exits).
