For our Finance & Accounting department at Hitachi, we are seeking a Financial Administrative Employee who will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of our accounts payable administration.
What are you going to do?
- As a Financial Administrative Employee, you will be responsible for the entire process related to incoming invoices and supplier payments.
- You ensure that the financial administration is always up to date and that suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
- Your responsibilities include:- Receiving and processing supplier invoices- Resolving invoice-related issues through direct communication with buyers and suppliers- Submitting requests for changes to vendor master data in accordance with internal procedures- Ensuring the accurate and timely approval of invoices and expense claims- Following up on timely approvals for supplier invoice matching- Maintaining accrual and goods-in-transit transactions- Ensuring vendor master data is accurate and up to dateWhat do we offer?- A varied role within a professional Finance & Accounting department- 24 to 32 hours per week- Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,500, depending on experience and qualifications- 27 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre- Pension accrual from your first working day- Free online training courses through the Adecco AcademyWhere will you work?
