For the European Medicines Agency (EMA) we are looking for a Project Officer / Scrum Master within the Digital Business Transformation Task Force (TDT)!What are you going to do? Role summary: The Digital Business Transformation Task Force (TDT) is implementing its roadmap to lead the Agency’s digitalisation strategy and drive its digital business transformation. The ambition is to create a modern and agile workplace, increase efficiency and maximise the use of resources, skills and competencies while fostering innovation and experimentation.As a Project Officer / Scrum Master, you will support the planning, coordination, reporting, communication and administration of a diverse portfolio of digital transformation initiatives.
You will contribute to key activities including eSubmission initiatives, the implementation of eCTD v4.0 within the European Union, Regulatory Operations Governance (ROG) activities, and the delivery of innovative digital solutions across the Agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring priorities are effectively managed, dependencies are addressed, and strategic objectives are translated into tangible business outcomes.
