As a Junior Innovation Advisor, you will be part of the Innovation team within the Commercial & Legal Excellence department. This team helps the firm successfully implement new technologies, innovative solutions, and more efficient ways of working. Together with Innovation Advisors, Legal Engineers, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to innovation projects that have a direct impact on the daily work of our lawyers, tax advisers, civil-law notaries, and business support teams.
- Your role as a Junior Innovation Advisor You will support and coordinate implementation initiatives, innovation projects and legal tech pilots.
- You will help ensure that new solutions are not only developed but are also successfully adopted and embedded within the organization.
In addition, you will:
- support and coordinate innovation projects, legal tech pilots and implementation activities, including planning, actions, stakeholder alignment, progress tracking and evaluation;
- help analyse and document business needs, processes, innovation projects, functional requirements and success criteria;
- support the preparation, coordination, and evaluation of pilots and innovation initiatives;
- collect user feedback, usage data, and other insights and translate these into practical recommendations for improvement, scaling or discontinuation;
