Configuration Analyst Amsterdam - Rokin 111, 1012 KN Description We're looking for an experienced Configuration & Implementation Analyst who thrives on complex stakeholder challenges, loves solving problems for large financial institutions, and wants to play a leading role in how our platform gets implemented for new customers. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Briefing You'll join our Configuration & Implementation team, mainly working on new customer implementations for our largest clients and supporting new propositions for existing customers, often alongside external implementation partners. This is a multi-stakeholder-facing role: you'll help translate complex mortgage and regulatory requirements into working configuration across our Orbis Rules, DocStreet, and Mid Office components, all within our cutting-edge cloud-based SaaS platform .
About You
- You have 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business or Configuration Analyst (or in a similar role), with the ability to plan and deliver independently without supervision.
- You bring strong knowledge of the Dutchmortgage and financial regulatory landscape , and can apply it to system rules and business processes.
- You have experience managing implementation partners or system integrators as active stakeholders on complex projects.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior client and partner stakeholders.
- You bring technical system expertise , ideally with rules engines, configuration tools, or comparable Mid Office / Core Banking components.
- You are based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area , as the role requires travel to client sites .
- Dutch language skills are a strong plus , given the NL market focus of this role.
