As a concrete production worker, you work in early morning shifts and enjoy being physically active. You play an important role in the production of concrete hollow core slabs. In this role, you get to roll up your sleeves and enjoy a lot of variety in your daily tasks.
Over de functie As a concrete production worker, your day starts early because you work in the morning shift. Together with your colleagues, you prepare the reinforcement, saw materials to size, and tension the reinforcement for the production of hollow core slabs. You work according to technical drawings and instructions and operate various machines and tools. Checking that everything is in the right place is also part of your job. Throughout the process, you monitor the quality of your work and coordinate with your team to keep production running smoothly. You mainly work in the production hall, spending a lot of time on your feet and being physically active. You like to work independently, but teamwork is just as important. Getting up early is no problem for you, as your workday starts at 4:00 a.m.
