You'll shape websites, apps and digital services, bringing brand, interaction and technology together. You'll stay close to the craft, set direction across projects and help other designers do their best work.
Your role
Working alongside strategists, creatives, UX designers, developers and AI specialists, you'll turn ambitious ideas into distinctive digital experiences. You'll balance your own design work with guiding less experienced designers. From early concepts to final delivery, you'll bring clear thinking, practical direction and high standards. You'll also help shape our experience design practice through new tools, references and ways of working.
What you'll do
- Set the visual and interaction direction for websites, apps and digital services.
- Build design systems that carry a brand's character through components, interaction patterns and motion.
- Make ideas move. Use interactive prototypes and working concepts to explore how an experience feels and behaves.
- Bring motion, 3D and AI into the work where they make an experience more intuitive, expressive or engaging. Collaborate with specialists to take ideas further.
- Design across several projects, knowing where to focus your attention and how to keep teams moving.
- Guide other designers through clear feedback, regular reviews and practical support.
- Present work to clients and partner with developers to deliver the ambition, with attention to usability, accessibility and performance.
