About this role
We have a vacancy within our support team for a Safeguarding and Family worker and are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate for Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School to:
Lead safeguarding and child protection practice, managing day‑to‑day concerns, CPOMS records, Early Help referrals, professional meetings and appropriate responses to disclosures.Support pupils’ wellbeing and development, promoting emotional resilience, independence and positive outcomes through strong pastoral care.Work in close partnership with families and external agencies, acting as a key contact and signposting to appropriate community, health and support services.Collaborate effectively with staff, leaders and Trust colleagues, contributing to safeguarding culture, staff development, professional supervision and Trust improvement work.Demonstrate strong professional practice, including reflective self‑development, effective time management, working under pressure, and maintaining accurate, confidential records using ICT.
