About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Teacher of Spanish join our thriving faculty. You will either be an experienced practitioner with excellent pedagogical knowledge, superb communication skills, and a firm commitment to widening access to modern languages for students of all backgrounds and abilities, or have the potential to develop into such a practitioner. The ability to teach Spanish at KS3-4 is essential and at KS5 highly desirable; the ability to offer a second subject would be an advantage. You must have experience of teaching in a UK secondary school.
As a department, we constantly strive to improve our practice and benefit from a strong whole-school culture of professional development and a dynamic, ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be joining a team of experienced, supportive colleagues with deep and extensive subject knowledge, who constantly seek to learn from each other and plan collaboratively as much as possible. In addition, we host 1-2 PGCE trainee teachers each year.

This post is suitable for both experienced teachers as well as those who may be returning to the profession after a break.
